2. Free Trials
If you sign up for a free trial:
- You will not be charged until the trial period expires.
- We will send you a reminder email before your trial ends (typically 2-3 days prior).
- If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.
- Once the trial ends and the payment is processed, the subscription converts to a standard paid plan subject to the refund rules below.
3. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions:
For monthly plans, we offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee for the initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your first payment.
Renewal payments for monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before it renews if you do not wish to continue.
Annual Subscriptions:
For annual plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment, we will refund the full amount.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. However, your service will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future auto-renewals. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No Pro-Rating: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, except as required by law in specific jurisdictions (e.g., EU/UK cooling-off periods).
- Data Preservation: Upon cancellation, your data will be preserved according to our Data Retention policy outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are strictly non-refundable once purchased or used:
- Domain Names: Domain registrations and transfers are paid to third-party registrars and are non-refundable.
- Professional Services: Any custom design, migration, or development services are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
- Third-Party Apps/Plugins: Purchases made through our marketplace for third-party tools are subject to the refund policies of those specific vendors.
- Fees: Transaction fees, rigorous taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) already remitted to authorities may not be refundable depending on local laws.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We take chargebacks seriously. If you have an issue with a payment, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve it.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider:
- Your account may be immediately suspended pending the outcome of the dispute.
- You may be prohibited from using our services in the future, regardless of the outcome.

- Technical Errors: If a billing error occurred due to a technical fault on our end (e.g., duplicate charges).
- Extended Downtime: If our service was unavailable for a specific period exceeding our Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees.
- Fraud: If it is proven that your account was compromised and used fraudulently, subject to verification.
8. Processing Timelines
Once a refund is approved:
- We will process it immediately on our end.
- The funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
- It typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
